To register click on the word "register" near the bottom of the page, next to the word "login". Then agree to the terms, then follow the instructions on the registration page, making sure to fill in the required text boxes (change the time zone to an appropriate setting) and click "submit" at the bottom of the page. You will then be sent a confirmation email.

To reply or add your own thoughts ('a post') on an existing topic, click "post reply" at the top or bottom of the topic's page, write your reply and then click "submit" at the bottom.

To make a new topic, make sure you are on the page that lists all topics and click "new topic" at the top or bottom of the list of topics. Then put in a topic subject and write the first post and then click "submit".

When you are a new member, your first post needs to be verified by the admin of the forum ( to prevent spam). This process will take no longer than 24 hours and then your new post or topic will be visible to all.
